Their plans are drawn in compliance with nationally recognized building codes and standards for residential design, as established by the Council of American Building Officials. However, states and local building codes and other requirements can vary widely and we recommend that you consult with your local building authorities. The assistance of local architect or builder may be required.

Our designers warrant that their plans are accurate and complete for building purposes, and that if the structure is built as described in the plans, pursuant to the plans, specifications and instructions contained therein, then the resulting structure will be safe, sound and free of design defects.
