OFFLINE ORDERING: If you are not comfortable with entering your personal information on the internet, we will be glad to take your order via telephone, fax, or mail. Availability and Shipping

Your order will be shipped within two business days* of confirmed payment unless otherwise is specified on the order form. If for any reason, we cannot ship within that period, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you via telephone or email. If paying with a personal check, your order will not be shipped until the check clears. The check can take up to five business days to clear.

Return Policy

Plans are printed when the order is processed. For that reason they cannot be returned.

We collect personally identifying information only with your specific knowledge and consent, and we use your information only to process your order in accordance with your instructions. We do not sell, give, share, or otherwise or provide information about our customers to anyone else. Designers make a living by selling their plans, and since it takes a very considerable amount of time, effort, and expense to design a house, they have to protect their work.
