This is an addendum to the Homeplans privacy statement.

The Homeplans site uses a type of cookie known as "session-ID" cookies. These help us determine which parts of our site are popular. It also tells us what brand of browser you are using. No personal identifying data is collected, and no information is sent to any third pary.

Homeplans also will assign you cookies if you choose to set up a Homeplans User Account. You are asked to supply some personal information, but again, no information about you is sent to any third party. Any information you give us at signup is kept strictly confidential.

These cookies are used to keep you logged in and to remember your login so you don't supply your username and password every time you visit. You can, if you wish, disable cookies in your browser and re-enter your username and password when you return to the site.

Your e-mail address can optionally be added to our mailing list when you sign up for a Homeplans User Account. You can decide to not receive any mailings when you sign up. You can also change that at any time by logging in and editing your user preferences.
