Plan Modification / Estimate:

If you are interested in plan modifications please fill out our online customization request form. We will immediately forward your request to our expert customization designer. Our designer will study your request and you will receive a cost estimate and information on how to proceed within a few business days.

Building Cost Questions:

You can access our building cost calculator by clicking the "Building Cost" button on each plan. This calculator uses cost statistics for your area to give you a ballpark figure for the construction of the home. It is a convenient way to compare the relative construction cost for different plans but THIS IS ONLY A GENERAL ESTIMATE. It should not be relied on as a final cost. Contact a local builder for an accurate estimate for building your home. You will find a link located on the calculator itself with more information.

Specific Plan Questions:

You will receive much quicker replies if you use this "express" form for questions that DO NOT involve plan modifications or cost estimates. This form is for general questions about ceiling heights, or if you are having trouble reading the dimensions, and similar information.
